Anybody have a good recipe for ham salad?

I have one of those old antique metal meat grinders that was my grannies. There are a couple of versions for the recipe . I am looking for the one that calls for bolognaAnybody have a good recipe for ham salad?
I have one of those grinders too.





I just grind bologna - add mayo and sweet pickles until it is


the right consistency and flavor.Anybody have a good recipe for ham salad?
Ham Salad





1 pkg. sandwich meat-bologna


3 hard-boiled eggs


1 med. onion


1/4 cup sweet relish


1-2 cups cheddar cheese


1/2-1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing








Put everything through a food processer grater. Mix with as much Miracle Whip as needed to make it a spreadable sandwich mixture!





Serve on buns or bread!

**********LAYERED HAM AND SPINACH SALAD


Approximately 1 lb. fresh spinach


6 oz. boiled ham, cut in strips


10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed


3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing


1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese


3 hard cooked eggs, chopped


1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings


3/4 c. sour cream


8 slices bacon, fried real crisp


Wash spinach thoroughly and dry and then tear in pieces. In a 9 x 13 inch pan in the following order: Half the spinach, all of the eggs and ham, rest of spinach, onion slices, and top with peas. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread over the top of the salad. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. At serving time, cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Put over salad. This makes enough for 6 to 8 generous servings.
1 lb. cooked ham, diced (OR balogna)


1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and halved


2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish


2 maraschino cherries and 1/2 tbsp. cherry juice


1/4 cup miracle whip


1/2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard


dash celery seed





Combine all in food processor and pulse into a spreadable mixture.
Ham Salad


1 lb fully cooked ham, finely chopped


1/2 cup sweet gherkins, chopped


1/2 cup mayonnaise


1 tablespoon chopped pimiento


1 teaspoon dry mustard


1/4 teaspoon pepper





1. Mix all ingredients well.


2. Chill.


3. Serve on bread or on lettuce leaves.
Ham Salad Sandwiches


Tasty and Refreshing!
