Tate %26amp; Lyle Golden syrup. Or you could use maple syrup or clear honey. The taste will be slightly different but the recipe will still work.Cooking a ham recipe calls for Steens cane syrup...dont have. What should I use ?

I use a mix (half and half) of dark corn syrup and molasses
