Recipes for ham slices?

I have several thin ham slices left over from lunch a few days ago. Someone suggested I lay the ham slices out on a rack in the oven and sprinkle a little brown sugar over top of them and bake for a little bit. Anyone else have any other suggestions on what to do with THIN ham slices ... dinner ideas??? Besides sandwiches and what I just mentioned?Recipes for ham slices?
Try this recipe. Hope it helps!!

REALLY SIMPLE CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

boneless skinless chicken breasts

thin ham slices

swiss cheese

your choice of shake 'n bake

This dish is different in that the chicken is not pounded or rolled up. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts are recommended. However many you want or need. Use any type of Shake 'n Bake:Original, Extra Crispy, or Hot 'n Spicy.

Heat the oven to 400F掳.

Coat the breasts with the Shake 'n Bake, and put them in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool somewhat.

Slice them in half, and add a slice or two of thin ham and a slice of Swiss cheese. Put the other half back on top. Return them to the oven for another 5 minutes or so.Recipes for ham slices?
Make a ham and pea pasta.

Slice the ham into strips and add it too an alfredo pasta with some peas.

Or, since they are THIN as you say, do something like you would do with proscuitto, like wrap it around shrimp or scallops or even a chicken breast. Or slice a chicken breast open and stuff with the ham and some cheese like a cordon bleu.

Or, make a nice big omelette or frittata loaded with stuff.

Just a few ideas
Hot Ham and Potato Salad - it's what my mom always makes with leftover ham.

Peel a few potatoes, cut them into small chunks, and boil until tender. Drain, and set aside. In the pot, saute onions in a little butter. Mix a teaspoon of flour with cold water and add to the pot. Add about 1/2 cup of milk and some salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and the ham (chopped), mix together, and serve when hot. Sprinkle with cheese if you like.
Add a little BBQ sauce, and warm it up for BBQ'd ham sandwich.

Stir fry with a little soy and pineapple chunks, chopped green on

Stir fry with apricot jam or preserves, green bells and yellow onions and some red pepper flakes
