Easy mini ham quiche recipe?

I'm going to a party tomorrow and would like to make mini quiches using my mini muffin pans. Does anyone have a good tried and true recipe for something like this? I have cheddar cheese, eggs and ham and can also go and get some different ingredients to go with.

2 premade pie crust....using a glass cut out circles and place the mini pie shells in muffin tins.





in a blender combine 4 egg,s%26amp;p,and 3/4 cups milk..or half and half.


place ham cheese in the bottom of pie shells...pour in egg mixture...bake at 350 for 25 mins or until brown and puffy.Easy mini ham quiche recipe?
I use turkey ham





1c Turkey Ham chopped


1c Spinach chopped


1c Mushrooms chopped


1/2c Onions chopped


1/2c shredded Mozzarella cheese


1/2c of Bisquick or flour


1/4c Parisian Cheese


3 eggs


1/2c Milk


1/4c Olive oil or veg. oil


Salt and Pepper to taste





Now because you want to use your little muffin pan, I would saute the onions and mushrooms and Spanish if raw first, so that it is all the right consistency.





Now is a regular pan it is 325 deg. for 40 min.





But you will have to make the necessary adjustments.
