Anyone have any good omelette recipes for one including ham, cheddar, and tomatoes?

I want to cook my sweetie breakfast for Valentine's Day. But I've never made an omelette before. I need step by step instructions for making one with ham, cheese, and tomatoes. Also if anyone knows how to fold it into a heart shape too- that would be awesome!! Oh- and also, how would I make his pancakes heart shaped? Do I need a mold, or something? Thanks!!!Anyone have any good omelette recipes for one including ham, cheddar, and tomatoes?

Hi there...

Since the others answered your Omelete question (although I disagree with adding milk or water to the eggs..something I learned in Food cooking class along ago)

But to make heart shaped panckaes you do need a mold, since the batter itself is usually a runny mix, without the mold they would just flatten like they normally do.

Molds are relatively inexpensive and can be bought nearly anywhere (Wal Mart, KMart, Target...but probably the best bets would be a Bed Bath %26amp; Beyond or Linen's %26amp; Things...unless you have a specialty kitchen store you frequent)
