I always do mine in the slow cooker in vegetable stock, oranges, lemons and salt %26amp; pepper.
My gma cooks hers with pinneapple and cherries its SOO good. It dont taste too sweet but it has a nice juicy taste
Cover the ham with French mustard, poor a dry white wine over (don't forget to add already fried onions,some garlic) and let it simmer for at least an hour (depends on the weight) at a deep temperature.You may need to add some water time by time.
