I need some nice leftover ham recipes?

I cooked a very nice smithfield ham today and I have a lot left. I packed it up in storage bags and have the remainder refrigerated. Can anyone give some good recipes for leftover ham?I need some nice leftover ham recipes?
Whenever I have leftover ham, I make 15 bean soup. I think the brand I get is Hambeen's. It is great to have in the winter, and inexpensive, too! One bowl of soup is like a meal for me.

I don't use the seasoning packet that comes with it. I just dice up the ham %26amp; chop up some onion. It is best to soak the beans overnight and cook a long time with the ham bone in.

You can cook it in the crock pot as well. Search for ';15 bean soup recipes'; in Google to find lots of other ways to make it, or just add whatever ingredients you think taste good!I need some nice leftover ham recipes?
Split Pea Soup

1LB (about 2 鈥?录 cups) green split peas

6 cups chicken or vegetable stock

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt

1 whole clove

1 medium onion, chopped

1 celery rib with leaves, shopped

1 small clove garlic, minced

1 carrot, chopped

1 small potato, unpeeled and diced

1 cup diced cooked ham

Wash and sort the split peas. Put them in a 6-quart kettle with all the other ingredients except the ham. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat, cover the pot and simmer, stirring occasionally to keep the peas from sticking to the bottom of the pan, for 2 to 3 hours. The peas and vegetables should be very soft and begin to fall apart. The thicker part of the soup will tend to sink to the bottom of the pan and should be stirred up before serving, or you can puree the soup before serving. Stir in the ham about 5 minutes before serving.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ham and broccoli ring

1 cup broccoli (chopped)

1 1/2 cups ham (diced)

3/4 cup chedder cheese (shredded)

2 pakages crossiant rolls

Lay the crossiant rolls on a sprayed cookie sheet in the shape of a circle. So the points are facing the edges of the cookie sheet. Make a sturdy base with the widest part of the dough, make sure there are no gaps.

Mix broccoli, ham and cheese in a medium bowl.

Spoon mixture on the crossiant about one inch across the dough ring and about one inch high, or until all the mix is used.

Fold the points of the dough over the mix and press into the inside of the ring. It is best if there are some openings on the top of the ring.

Bake according to the instructions on the crossiant tube.

Let cool about 10 minutes.

You can use spinach if you don't want to use broccoli.

This is a good way to get kids who are picky eaters to eat veggies

real macaroni and cheese*

I make 2 quarts of thick white sauce (3/4 c ea butter and flour cooked together on the stove for a roux, add two quarts milk, stir till thick). Add 8 - 12 oz of grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese, 1 TBL worcestershire sauce, a large onion chopped fine, 1 tsp garlic powder, a few dashes of hot sauce and stir till the cheese is melted. Cook 2 lbs pasta (you choose the shape you like, I usually use elbows or medium shells) until not quite done. Drain, put it back in the pot with 1 lb frozen peas and 4 c diced ham, pour the cheese sauce over it and stir together well. Top with one sleeve of round buttery crackers crushed fine and mixed with 1 c of honey wheat germ (don't ask, they love this combination) and tuck into a 350 F oven for thirty minutes. Wonderful stuff.

chicken cordon blue.

Get i nice boneless strip of chicken, cut a pocket in the side, dip in egg yolk and bread crumb. Then cook on frying pan with oil for a min on each side. Take out and put ham and provolone, ( or what ever cheese you like) in pocket and close over. Put in oven on 375 for 12 min and you have a gourmet meal.
Ham Stuffed Manicotti:

* 14 manicotti pasta shells

* 1 onion, chopped

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

* 1/4 cup butter or olive oil

* 3 cups cooked cubed ham

* 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

* 6 Tbsp. butter or olive oil

* 6 Tbsp. flour

* 3 cups milk

* 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook manicotti as directed on package. Drain, rinse in cool water and set aside. Meanwhile, cook onion, garlic, and green bell pepper in 4 Tbsp. butter or olive oil until tender. Add ham and set aside to cool for 10 minutes. Stir in 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.

In another heavy saucepan, cook 6 Tbsp. butter or olive oil until foamy. Stir in flour and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles, about 3 minutes. Add milk, and cook, whisking constantly, until sauce thickens. Stir in cheese. Mix 1/4 of cheese sauce with ham mixture.

Fill manicotti shells with ham mixture (your fingers work best for this; it's messy, but most efficient). Spread about 1/2 cup cheese sauce in greased 13x9'; glass baking dish and arrange filled shells over sauce. If there is any leftover stuffing, just sprinkle it over the filled shells. Pour remaining cheese sauce over filled manicotti. At this point the casserole can be cooled in the refrigerator, then wrapped and frozen up to 3 months. To thaw and reheat, thaw casserole overnight in refrigerator, then uncover, sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes. If not freezing casserole, sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until bubbly. Serves 8
