What are some great recipes for leftover ham?

I am up to my eyeballs in ham and I need some great alternatives to ham sandwiches. Please, Please Help!What are some great recipes for leftover ham?
Ham salad .. (like tuna salad is made).





Also - I saw on television where someone made ham lasagne.





You can also use ham in your chef salads.





A club sandwich is also a good sandwich.

Mix bite-sized pieces of ham with chopped celery, chopped carrots, and small diced onion. Add enough mayonnaise to thoroughly moisten. You probably won't need salt since the ham is salty, but add salt if needed.





Serve over lettuce. Great with a hot roll and butter.





Dice ham and mix it in when you are making scrambled eggs. You could also add cheese for extra flavor.





Make a tuna casserole, using ham instead of tuna. I do not like hot tuna, and always use either ham or chicken in tuna recipes.

Potatoes Au Gratin and Ham Recipe
Dice some and add to my Frittata.





Frittata:- Vegetable.


250g Frozen Mixed Vegetables. (thawed)


6 Eggs. (whisked)


1 Onion. (sliced)


1-2 Cloves Garlic. (crushed)


Soften onions and garlic in a little oil and add the vegetables. Season to taste and spread out evenly.


Pour in the whisked eggs and let them work their way through the vegetables.


Cook gently until the bottoms of the eggs are set.


Transfer to a preheated oven and grill (broil) until the top is set.


Serve onto a plate and cut like a pizza.


(you will need to use a frying pan with a heat proof handle, or protect it with a bit of foil)
