Does anybody have a good ham recipe?

Im cooking a ham tomorrow and i need a recipe because iv never cooked ham beforeDoes anybody have a good ham recipe?
Have some great recipes, but first need to know:

1. Is it ';uncooked/cook before you eat'; or ';fully cooked';?

2. Does it have a bone in it?

3. How many pounds.

4. What kind of ham is it ... whole, half, shank, etc.

5. Anything else would be helpful ... is it smoked, spiral cut or not?

6. Are you also wanting to put a glaze on it?

Will check back later, and if you have updated your question, I will happily post a few recipes :)Does anybody have a good ham recipe?
Ingredients (serves 2)

* 6 slices ham

* 2 tbs pine nuts

* 500g gnocchi

* 1/4 cup basil pesto

* 100ml cream fraiche

Method

1. Heat a non-stick frypan until hot.

2. Add the ham and cook for 5 minutes over medium-high heat, turning until golden and crisp, remove from the pan. When cool enough to handle, break the ham into pieces.

3. Add pine nuts to same pan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring for 1 minute or until golden, remove from pan.

4. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions, then drain. Return to large saucepan and add the pesto, creme fraiche, half the ham and half the pine nuts. Season to taste and stir gently to combine.

5. Divide the gnocchi among serving bowls, then top with remaining ham and pine nuts
